    1. Voided all prior contracts between the Crown/state, United Kingdom corporation and all other corporations by invoking Clausula Rebus Sic Stantibus (BCCRSS), it is unlawful to use the Crown/state surname;
    2. Rebutted all presumptions of the Crown/state and the B.A.R Guilds;
    3. Rescinded all prior votes and political allegiance to the Crown/State and the Unted Kingdom corporation;
    4. Revested the [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] Estate per the Cestui Qui Vie Act 1666 and 1707;
    5. Declared my status as the General Executor of the decedent [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] Estate now Iain Clifford.
    6. As the President of the Republic of Old Souls, a sovereign ministry organised under the laws governing a 508(c)(1)(A) Church Ministry, I act in my lawful capacity as:

      2. Ambassador-at-Large of a sovereign ecclesiastical body
  1. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, and customary norms protecting religious missions, I assert full standing as a spiritual envoy

  1. The [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] Estate detailed on the Birth Certificate, the Driving Licence and Passport is a:

      1. A corporate sole proprietor person, a “soul – dier” per the Petition of Right 1627, a legal fiction created by the state as detailed in the Bills of Exchange Act 1882:

    5. The Confession of Faith Ratification Act 1560 states in the preamble that The Bible is the “the infallible truth of God’s word”;

Under international trust law I occupy the Office of and am the sole General Executor of the decedent [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] Estate and Iain Clifford Estate having been granted full faith and credit to execute the duties of the Office as is the Testator’s Will and Testament as the General Executor;
      1. Neither the Crown/state, the United Kingdom corporation, the Government or any of its offices nor the B.A.R Guilds have in personum jurisdiction over Iain Clifford.
      1. No Acts, Statutes, Codes or legislation apply to Iain Clifford.

The Republic of Old Souls – Nationality

      1. The Republic of Old Souls is a Sovereign Nation in accordance with international law as described by Article 3 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention;
      1. A Nation:
        1. “An Independent body politic; a society of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength. A nation is, therefore, a number of men that form a society with common interests and act in concert via an established public authority to order and direct what each does in their association. This political authority is the Sovereignty, and he or those who are invested with it are the Sovereign;
        2. Republic of Old Souls is a faith-based, non-statutory religious organization, lawfully recognized under:
          1. 26 U.S. Code § 508(c)(1)(A) — automatic tax exemption for churches, integrated auxiliaries, and associations of churches
          2. First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution — guaranteeing religious freedom and non-interference
          3. Ecclesiastical law and divine covenant — the higher jurisdiction to which this ministry is bound

      1. The 1933 Montevideo Convention states that:

        1. “Everyone has the right to a nationality and cannot be arbitrarily deprived of it”

      1. As per 18 USC 11, “recognition” of the Government of The Republic of Old Souls is not required for it to be regarded as a foreign government;

        1. As per 8 USC 1101(a)(23) in order to have the status of “national” as per 8 USC 1101(a)(21);

        1. According to F. F. Martin, such right is a substantive jus cogens norm, and as such, it is a compelling law. It is “a law binding in all contexts, whether a state of emergency or not.” Nationality is “the political and legal bond that links a person to a given State and binds him to it with ties of loyalty and fidelity, entitling him to diplomatic protection from that State”;

Diplomatic and Ecclesiastical Immunity

      1. The 1961 Vienna Convention is a treaty that establishes the framework for diplomatic relations between independent nations, the privileges and immunities of diplomatic agents;
      1. Key points of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations include:
        1. Inviolability of Diplomatic Agents:
          1. Diplomats are not to be arrested or detained;
      2. Diplomats must be treated with respect, and their inviolability is guaranteed:
        1. Immunity from Jurisdiction;
      3. Diplomats are generally immune from the civil and criminal jurisdiction of the host country and cannot be prosecuted or sued in local courts;
      4. Inviolability of Diplomatic Premises;
        1. The host country’s authorities cannot enter a Nations embassy or the dwelling its Ambassadors as these are Consulates without permission from the Secretary of State of the Nation;
      5. Protection of Diplomats
        1. The host country must protect diplomats from any attack on their person, freedom, or dignity;
      6. Diplomatic immunity for heads of state is a principle of international law that protects them from criminal prosecution in other countries while they are in office. This immunity is customary international law.
      1. Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights provides one of the most robust international guarantees of religious and spiritual liberty:
        1. “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom… to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance.”
        2. This right is not absolute, but any limitation imposed by the State must meet all three of the following cumulative tests:
        3. Lawfulness
        4. The interference must be based on clear legal authority, properly enacted and applied strictly within scope.
      1. The FCA cannot impose regulation on:
        1. Iain Clifford as I act solely in a spiritual or fiduciary capacity;
        2. Neither MATRIXFREEDOM or Republic of Old Souls as a Ministry provides any regulated services;
        3. MATRIXFREEDOM is a Private Members Association and its members are part of a non-public ecclesiastical community.
      1. Since no lawful authority exists over MATRIXFREEDOM or the Republic of Old Souls or its internal remedy work, any interference is ultra vires (beyond lawful power).
      1. Necessity in a Democratic Society
      1. To qualify as necessary, FCA interference must:
        1. Respond to a pressing social need;
        2. Be supported by relevant and sufficient reasons;
        3. Be the least restrictive means to achieve the legitimate aim.
      1. There is no pressing social need shown for the FCA to interfere in spiritual remedy work involving private trusts, self-education, and ecclesiastical declarations.
      1. The FCA supposed justification protecting consumers has no evidential foundation, members of MATRIXFREEDOM waive statutory protections and do not require regulated services.
      1. Proportionality
        1. Even if lawful and necessary, the interference must be proportionate to the aim pursued.
        2. Using criminal sanctions, freezing accounts, detaining the spiritual envoy, or pursuing void prosecutions to dismantle a lawful ministry is manifestly disproportionate, especially where peaceful remedy, transparency, and member declarations are on record.
      1. Conclusion
        1. The FCA’s campaign against Iain Clifford and the Republic of Old Souls fails every test under Article 9. It is:
        2. Unlawful (jurisdiction not established)
        3. Unnecessary (no public harm proven)
        4. Disproportionate (involving excessive legal force)
      1. Moreover, the actions undertaken appear motivated not by lawful regulation, but by malicious suppression of spiritual remedy, political dissent, and lawful self-determination—thus elevating the conduct to religious persecution under international law and the Rome Statute Article 7(1)(h).

Notice Rebuttal Terms

      1. I permit any one of the parties detailed under the Certificate of Service section of this Notice the opportunity to rebut any statement made in this Notice or deny any declarations, commands, wishes, will or pleasure.
      1. Any rebuttal must be supported by a sworn Affidavit and the Affiant must present their rebuttal to a Common Law jury of twelve standing naked in front of the law and with unlimited lability.
      1. Failure to rebut this Notice following seven days from its service forms a binding contract between Iain Cliford and the Republic of Old Souls and all parties served at the Certificate of service section of this Notice and the Crown/state, United Kingdom corporation and B.A.R Guilds, the parties agree:
        1. Iain Clifford operates under God and holds a superior jurisdiction to the

Crown/state, United Kingdom corporation and B.A.R Guilds, and;

        1. Iain Clifford operates in the United Kingdom corporation and all Crown dependencies and the Commonwealth with full diplomatic immunity as a head of State.
