The Journey of Iain Clifford

From Financial Innovator to Whistleblower

2000–2001: Financial Innovation with Integrity

  • Designed the Enrichment Plan for over-55s with Saga, Prudential, and Bank of Scotland (BoS), based on arbitrage between debt cost and appreciating assets.

  • Plan promised financial independence for retirees.

  • Bank of Scotland pulled out, offering Iain a credit line limited to acquiring With-Profits Traded Endowment Policies (TEPs).

  • Integrity, Iain’s regulated firm, and TEP Factory Ltd, his unregulated firm, became intermediaries.

  • BoS secretly planned to seize TEP assets, which was later masked by the 2008 credit crisis.

2007–2010: The HBOS Repossession Conspiracy

  • HBOS changed valuation method of GTEPs, triggering mass defaults and asset seizures worth over £1 billion.

  • Iain resisted the repossession; HBOS threatened to destroy him.

  • Integrity was liquidated by the FSA, falsely blamed for investor losses.

  • Liquidator Peter Middleton was later reprimanded for dishonesty.

2010–2012: Reputation Assault and FSCS Payout

  • National media falsely accused Iain of fraud.

  • FSCS paid out £80 million for GTEPs—liability wrongly attributed to Integrity.

  • FSA/FCA refused to reopen the case despite numerous appeals.

2012: Whistleblowing on £100 Million Pension Fraud

  • Iain exposed Richard Aston Clay and Katherine Clarke for defrauding £60M+ via Hampton Dean SIPP.

  • He resigned from profitable joint ventures worth over £100M.

  • Whistleblower reports ignored by FSA, SFO, and Pensions Regulator.

2010–2018: Systematic FCA Sabotage

  • FCA blocked 7 license applications, destroyed 7 joint ventures, costing Iain £100M+.

  • Intimidation of partners; FCA used mafia-style tactics.

  • Judicial Review against FCA was buried when Iain couldn’t afford legal fees.

2017: Victory at the Upper Tribunal

  • FCA accused Iain of unlicensed fund management via Stargate Capital.

  • Iain defended himself without lawyers and won, exposing FCA’s misconduct.

  • FCA’s unredacted Supervisory Notice destroyed Iain’s business relationships.

2020–2023: MATRIXFREEDOM and More Persecution

  • FCA destroyed SENJ Ltd, a MATRIXFREEDOM member, with baseless warnings.

  • Iain filed lawsuits for mortgage fraud and libel by openDemocracy—both struck out.

  • Arrested under Order 34 on speculation of unlicensed services; others arrested never charged.

2024–2025: Legal Warfare and Sovereignty

  • Judicial Review of Order 34 was denied after delay tactics and bias from Justice Sweeting.

  • Iain filed affidavits and served Notices of Jurisdiction Denial.

  • Discovered Alistair Mackenzie, FCA’s lead officer, is a non-existent legal entity.

  • Submitted Order 34 complaints to Attorney General and Judicial Conduct Office.

Feb 2025 Onwards: Birth of a Sovereign Nation

  • Notices issued to UK government officials declaring Republic of Old Souls an independent nation.

  • Iain Clifford elected President, claiming Diplomatic Immunity under international law.

  • No rebuttals received—Republic of Old Souls stands unrebutted.

Ongoing (2025)

Iain lives in constructive exile in North Cyprus, facing an unlawful UK bench warrant.

He has submitted a full application to the European Court of Human Rights, citing breaches of:

  • Article 6 – Right to a fair trial
  • Article 8 – Right to privacy and reputation
  • Article 13 – Right to effective remedy
  • Protocol 1, Article 1 – Right to peaceful enjoyment of possessions

This case is now a litmus test for European justice in the face of British authoritarianism.
