I am aware of false and defamatory publications targeting me and MATRIXFREEDOM, published by Tax Policy Associates (operated by Dan Neidle) and MatrixFreedomReview.com (run by Simon Goldberg). These publications are riddled with distortions, misinformation, and outright lies. Let me be clear:
- No MATRIXFREEDOM member has ever been defrauded.
- We have hundreds of positive testimonials.
- We are proud of the lawful and peaceful financial remedy solutions we facilitate.
What is happening is not investigative journalism — it is a coordinated Crown/FCA-backed smear campaign designed to undermine our lawful mission, discredit me personally, and discourage you from reclaiming your financial sovereignty.
1. Dan Neidle (Tax Policy Associates)
- Background & Influence: Dan Neidle spent over two decades as head of tax at Clifford Chance, one of the UK’s largest law firms, and now advises policymakers across major governing parties. He’s a trusted voice at HM Treasury and the FCA.
- Political and Regulator Ties: Member of Labour’s national constitutional committee and adviser to the Scottish Government. His portrayal of Matrix Freedom aligns with FCA rhetoric, though no evidence is presented.
- Why This Matters: His deep regulatory connections and targeted focus suggest coordinated intent aligned with Crown interests.
2. Simon Goldberg (EMPOWERTHEPEOPLE)
- Who He Is: Operates a competing Private Members’ Association, EMPOWERTHEPEOPLE, offering similar financial services.
- Key Issues:
- Unregulated and lacks financial advisory qualifications.
- Publishes unverified complaints and defamatory content without giving right of reply.
- Volume of output suggests support or influence beyond personal motivation.
Why This Pattern Matters
- No evidence supports Neidle or Goldberg’s accusations.
- They exclusively target MATRIXFREEDOM — no similar associations.
- Suggests Crown proxy or covert reputational warfare.
Strategic Context for Members
This is a coordinated campaign to undermine our credibility:
- Neidle’s regulator ties give him influence and access.
- Goldberg’s relentless attacks appear funded or supported.
- Their narratives support broader FCA legal suppression strategies.
Why I Cannot Challenge Them in UK Courts
In 2023, I was placed under a General Civil Restraint Order (GCRO), which bars me from initiating any civil claim in UK courts without judicial approval:
- I cannot sue Neidle or Goldberg for defamation.
- I cannot defend my name or our reputation in civil court.
- This constitutes a denial of access to justice — a core human right.
