ADDENDUM AFFIDAVIT ECHR APPLICATION AND ICC COMMUNICATION

I, Iain Clifford, a living man, General Executor of the Estate known as IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP, and President of the Republic of Old Souls, solemnly affirm the following as an addendum to my application to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) under Article 34 and to my communication to the International Criminal Court (ICC) under Article 15 of the Rome Statute:

1. CONTINUATION OF PERSECUTION THROUGH SENTENCING

1. On 30 July 2025, I was subjected to sentencing under the judgment titled The Financial Conduct Authority v Iain Clifford Stamp [2025] EWCR 8. This sentencing constitutes a continuation of the persecution detailed in my original submissions to both the ECHR and ICC.
2. The sentencing proceeded despite:

1. 1. The failure of the FCA to validate the identity, standing, or delegation of the fictitious prosecutor “Alastair Mackenzie”;
   2. Repeated unrebutted affidavits and notices, including a motion to strike out, affidavit of recusal, and denial of jurisdiction;
   3. No lawful joinder or consent to service, making the sentencing void ab initio.

3. Judge Anthony Baumgartner wilfully ignored these fatal legal defects and failed in his duty to establish the legitimacy of the prosecutorial authority. This confirms a pattern of judicial complicity.

2. BREACHES OF INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC LAW

1. The sentencing was executed without lawful service or consent, contrary to due process and natural justice.
2. The court ignored my lawful diplomatic status as:

1. 1. President of the Republic of Old Souls, a lawful ecclesiastical body;
   2. An envoy on a diplomatic mission of peace under the 508(c)(1)(A) Church Ministry model;
   3. Holder of lawful declarations, commissions, and notices served upon the FCA, UK courts, and government bodies.

3. This constitutes a breach of:

4. 1. Article 6 ECHR: Right to a fair trial;
   2. Article 13 ECHR: Denial of effective domestic remedy;
   3. Article 17 ECHR: Abuse of law to destroy rights;
   4. Article 18 ECHR: Entrapment and ulterior motive;
   5. Protocol 1 ECHR: Deprivation of property held in trust;
   6. ICCPR Articles 1, 9, 18: Self-determination, religious freedom, protection from arbitrary prosecution;
   7. Rome Statute Article 7(1)(h): Persecution against identifiable political or religious group.

4. DIPLOMATIC MISSION UNDER ATTACK
   
   1. The sentencing judgment attacks my work under MATRIXFREEDOM and the Republic of Old Souls, referring to peaceful webinars and outreach activities as evidence of contempt.
   2. These are the very activities that comprise my peaceful diplomatic mission, which the United Kingdom is obligated to respect under international law and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
   3. The FCA and judiciary are now actively engaged in suppressing a lawful spiritual and humanitarian movement, which constitutes an egregious abuse of power and international obligation.

5. CONSPIRACY AND COLLUSION

1. The Crown actors involved, including Nikhil Rathi, Pietro Boffa, Matthew Stone, and Judge Anthony Baumgartner, have received and failed to rebut multiple formal notices, affidavits, and certificates of service over the past 18 months.
2. Their continued actions in the face of unrebutted affidavits establish wilful collusion, fraudulent prosecution, and abuse of office, triggering international criminal liability.

6. RELIEF SOUGHT

1. I request that this addendum be admitted into both:

1. The ECHR case file (Article 34 submission); and
2. The ICC communication (Article 15, Rome Statute).

7. I respectfully ask:

1. That this evidence be used to trigger Rule 39 interim measures by the ECHR;
2. That the ICC initiate an investigation under Article 53 against named individuals;
3. That both courts recognise this ongoing persecution as an attack on a peaceful religious envoy and a lawful sovereign initiative.
