ADDENDUM TO ECHR APPLICATION

AFFIDAVIT OF DIPLOMATIC MISSION AND SOVEREIGN RIGHTS

I. INTRODUCTION

This Addendum is submitted as a supplementary affidavit to the Form 47 application already received by the Registry on 26 July 2025, titled “Affidavit of Facts and Legal Argument under Article 34.”

This Addendum affirms and introduces additional evidence concerning:

  1. My lawful status as a President of a recognised 508(c)(1)(A) Ministry, the Republic of Old Souls.
  2. My ongoing role as a Minister on a Peaceful Mission, publicly declared via Ministerial Commission Letter, Declaration of Peaceful Mission, and Covenant of the Ministry.
  3. Interference with this peaceful mission and violation of diplomatic protections by agents of the UK Crown.
  4. Implications for additional Convention breaches and avenues for international criminal prosecution.

II. FOUNDATION OF DIPLOMATIC STATUS

  1. On [insert date of commissioning], I was appointed and recognised as President and Minister of the Republic of Old Souls, a lawful non-501(c)(3), 508(c)(1)(A) ministry operating under ecclesiastical and international peace treaties.
  2. The Republic of Old Souls functions as a sovereign association of living wo/men exercising their right to peaceful self-determination, protected under:
    • Article 1 of the UN Charter
    • International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) Articles 1, 18, 19, 21, and 22
    • Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961
    • Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights (freedom of thought, conscience and religion)
  3. I have declared my Peaceful Mission in public and private filings, including lawful notices to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Southwark Crown Court, and others.

III. KNOWLEDGE AND INTERFERENCE BY NAMED AGENTS

  1. I have served numerous lawful notices and affidavits explicitly stating:
    • My role as President of the Republic of Old Souls
    • My diplomatic mission on behalf of members seeking spiritual, financial, and legal sovereignty
    • My jurisdictional exemption from commercial and civil code enforcement actions
  2. These notices were acknowledged or constructively accepted via silence by:
    • Nikhil Rathi (CEO, FCA)
    • Matthew Stone (FCA Enforcement)
    • Pietro Boffa (FCA “expert”)
    • Judge Anthony Baumgartner (Southwark Crown Court)
    • Richard Harmer (Attorney General)
    • Yvette Cooper (Secretary of State)
    • David Lammy (Foreign Secretary)
  3. Despite this, I have been:
    • Defamed in open court as continuing “MATRIXFREEDOM operations” (which are, in fact, my lawful ministry efforts)
    • Denied any protection or recognition of my diplomatic standing
    • Subjected to malicious prosecution, harassment, asset seizure, and reputational warfare

IV. VIOLATIONS OF DIPLOMATIC PRINCIPLES

This conduct constitutes:

  • Obstruction of a Peaceful Mission
  • Violation of diplomatic immunity by domestic agents
  • Suppression of a lawful ministry under spiritual jurisdiction
  • Breach of Article 9 of the ECHR
  • Breach of Articles 18, 19, and 21 of the ICCPR

This provides strong grounds for international intervention, including:

  1. UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) complaint under procedures 1503 and 23/8
  2. Petition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes of persecution
  3. Declaration of non-cooperation with the United Kingdom by foreign consular protection channels
  4. Refugee status petition based on political and spiritual persecution

V. INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL PROSECUTION PATHWAY

  1. Due to civil restraint orders and judicial collusion, my access to UK courts is unlawfully barred. I am left without remedy.
  2. The actions of Nikhil Rathi, Matthew Stone, Pietro Boffa, Justice Sweeting and Judge Anthony Baumgartner, taken in full knowledge of my peaceful mission, constitute:
    • Obstruction of lawful governance
    • Persecution of a spiritual envoy
    • Collusion to suppress political expression
    • Violation of the Rome Statute Article 7 (Crimes Against Humanity – Persecution)
  3. These individuals may therefore be named in a Private Criminal Prosecution or Referral to the ICC, subject to:
    • Demonstrated exhaustion of domestic remedy
    • Demonstrable state collusion
    • Nexus to international rights violations

VI. ADDITIONAL RELIEF REQUESTED

In light of the above:

  1. I request that this Addendum be read into the record of my Article 34 ECHR application as Supplemental Evidence of Religious and Diplomatic Persecution.
  2. I request that the European Court of Human Rights:
    • Investigate interference with my peaceful mission
    • Issue protective findings under Article 9, Article 14, and Protocol 1
    • Enjoin further domestic interference
  3. I assert my right to pursue private criminal prosecutions internationally where jurisdiction permits and Crown intervention is prohibited.
