We, the undersigned spiritual authorities of the Republic of Old Souls, a private and independent ecclesiastical body operating as a faith-based ministry under 26 U.S. Code § 508(c)(1)(A), do hereby officially commission:

This commission is granted under divine covenant and ecclesiastical authority for the purpose of representing the Republic of Old Souls in all lawful, peaceful, and spiritual missions abroad. The bearer is entrusted with:
Promoting the moral and spiritual values of the Republic
Facilitating peaceful diplomatic outreach with like-minded nations and ministries
Engaging in lawful ministry activities including spiritual education, interfaith dialogue, and humanitarian diplomacy
Upholding the sacred principles of truth, peace, and divine unity in all jurisdictions
This appointment is non-political, non-commercial, and strictly spiritual in nature, authorized under protections afforded by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), and all relevant international human rights provisions.
Let it be known that Iain Clifford serves under full ecclesiastical authority and is recognized by the Republic of Old Souls as a ministerial officer and diplomatic envoy.
