LEGAL PROTECTIONS ANNEX – INTERNATIONAL LAW EXTRACTS

The relevant provisions from international treaties and conventions that protect spiritual envoys and prohibit arbitrary regulatory interference, particularly in the context of peaceful religious missions.

A. ICCPR – International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

Article 18 – Freedom of Thought, Conscience, and Religion

“Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom… to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.”

Article 17 – Right to Privacy

“No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy… or unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.”

Article 26 – Equality Before the Law

“All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law.”

B. ECHR – European Convention on Human Rights

Article 9 – Freedom of Thought, Conscience and Religion

“Everyone has the right to freedom… to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance.”

Article 6 – Right to a Fair Trial

C. Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) (Analogous Protections for Spiritual Envoys)

Article 3 – Functions of a Diplomatic Mission

“Representing the sending State… Protecting… the interests of the sending State and of its nationals… Promoting friendly relations…”

Article 29 – Inviolability of the Person

“The person of a diplomatic agent shall be inviolable. He shall not be liable to any form of arrest or detention…”

Article 31 – Immunity from Jurisdiction

“A diplomatic agent shall enjoy immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of the receiving State…”

While not a formal diplomat, I assert lawful functional equivalence as a spiritual envoy of an ecclesiastical body under a 508(c)(1)(A) structure, engaged in peaceful remedy, protected under customary international norms.

Conclusion of Annex:
The United Kingdom’s interference with my ecclesiastical mission and persecution of my office as President of the Republic of Old Souls constitutes a breach of binding international law, including the ICCPR, ECHR, and established principles of non-interference in spiritual and diplomatic missions.
