NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
Order 34 2023
Denial of Jurisdiction Denial of Service Breach of Oath Malfeasance – Personage
I, Iain Clifford, a living man, do hereby affirm and declare the following:
- Separation Between Corporate Entity & Living Man
- IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP is a body corporate, created under Crown registration and subject to statutory jurisdiction.
- Iain Clifford, the living man, is distinct from the corporate entity and does not operate under statutory obligations.
- Any liabilities assigned to the body corporate remain Crown liabilities, per the Crown Proceedings Act 1947, Section 10, which states: “Liability for obligations and acts of the Crown shall be treated as the liability of the government.”
- Jurisdictional Deficiencies & Denial of Service
- Iain Clifford does not have a registered UK address, preventing lawful service under statutory law.
- Electronic service to an email address does not comply with statutory requirements and is rejected as unlawful.
- The Promissory Oaths Act 1868 requires judges and public officials to act without bias, yet Judge [ANTHONY BAUMGARTNER] has so far ignored the motion to strike out Order 34/2023, violating judicial integrity.
- Unlawful FCA Conduct & Malfeasance
- FCA public servants [ALASDAIR MACKENZIE], [MATTHEW STONE], and [PIETRO BOFFA] have engaged in malfeasance by engineering Order 34/2023, despite a five- year investigation that produces no evidence that [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] or any other body corporate connected to MATRIXFREEDOM has or is providing regulated claims management, debt counselling services or issues financial promotions that requires an FCA licence.
- FCA public servants [ALASDAIR MACKENZIE], [MATTHEW STONE], and [PIETRO BOFFA] are engaged in malfeasance as [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] and other corporations managed by [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] is a member of MATRIXFREEDOM, a private members association with members waiving statutory protections and is outside statutory jurisdiction.
- FCA public servants [ALASDAIR MACKENZIE], [MATTHEW STONE], and [PIETRO BOFFA] are engaged in malfeasance by fraudulently trying to impose liability on Iain Clifford, the living man, for obligations belonging to the corporate fiction, [IAIN CLIFFORD STAMP] where if there were any liabilities these are liabilities of the Crown.
- Under common law, this constitutes the crime of personage, as the FCA is fraudulently conflating a living man with a legal fiction without consent.
- Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 affirms that a living man must explicitly consent to statutory obligations, and no such consent has been provided.
- No Living Man is Compelled to Attend a Statutory Court Hearing
- Under common law, Iain Clifford a living man is not compelled to attend a statutory court hearing unless Iain Clifford expressly consents to the Courts statutory jurisdiction.
- Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 affirms that a living man must explicitly consent to legal obligations; absent such consent, statutory enforcement is presumed unlawful.
- The right to refuse statutory jurisdiction is protected under Magna Carta (1215), Clause 39, which states: “No free man shall be taken or imprisoned, or dispossessed… except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land.”
- A court summons does not establish legal obligation unless proper service has been effected and jurisdiction is established, both of which are absent in this case.
- Risk of Unlawful Arrest & Violation of Inalienable Rights
- Judge [ANTHONY BAUMGARTNER] has called for an in-person hearing on June 30th, 2025, but Iain Clifford will not attend, as attendance would falsely concede jurisdiction.
- There is a significant risk of unlawful arrest and detention, despite the UK courts lacking lawful authority over Iain Clifford the living man.
- If arrest or imprisonment were to occur, this would constitute a violation of inalienable rights, including natural liberty under common law and God’s royal law.
- Challenge to Any Attempted Arrest Warrant Under Common Law
- Any attempted service of an arrest warrant will be challenged through a sheriff- convened Common Law Court, with a jury of twelve peers.
- Wrongdoers—including [ANTHONY BAUMGARTNER] [ALASDAIR MACKENZIE], [MATTHEW STONE], and [PIETRO BOFFA] and other listed at the certificate of service will be put on trial via a sheriff convened common law court of record with judgement decided by a jury of twelve.
- Any judgement for breach of oath, judicial malfeasance and personage enforced by constables and peacekeepers within UK police infrastructure.
Final Declaration
- Order 34/2023 must be struck out in accordance with the motion to strike out.
- Any unlawful arrest or imprisonment of Iain Clifford would constitute a violation of inalienable rights, reinforcing judicial misconduct.
