Subject: Renewal and Expansion of Prior Objection to INTERPOL Action – Political Persecution and Religious Reprisal

1. BACKGROUND & PREVIOUS NOTICE

  1. On 17th July 2025, I issued a formal Notice to INTERPOL objecting to any attempt by the United Kingdom’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or any other Crown actors to register a Red Notice or related request under INTERPOL systems against me.

  2. This prior notice detailed systemic persecution, retaliatory legal processes, and religious discrimination in violation of Article 3 of the INTERPOL Constitution and relevant human rights instruments, particularly arising from my role as a peaceful spiritual envoy under ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

2. UPDATED DEVELOPMENTS

  1. Since that date, the persecution has escalated:

  1. 30th July 2025: I was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment for contempt of court by Judge Anthony Baumgartner at Southwark Crown Court, arising from a void civil restraint order (Order 34/2023).

  2. The sentence is the product of a court that refused to examine jurisdiction, ignored evidence of prosecutorial fraud (fictitious prosecutor “Alistair Mackenzie”), and rejected every affidavit without due consideration.

  3. The sentence was handed down without lawful joinder, valid service, or consent, in breach of international fair trial standards.

  1. Despite:

  1. Lack of jurisdiction, lawful joinder, or consent;

  2. Use of a fictitious prosecutor (Alistair Mackenzie);

  3. Blanket dismissal of validly served affidavits and notices;

  4. Judicial refusal to investigate oath status or valid service.

3. EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS SUBMISSION

  1. A full application has been submitted to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) under Article 34 of the Convention. This includes:

  1. An affidavit of facts and legal argument;

  2. Addenda including the sentencing critique and notice of rejection;

  3. Evidence of multiple ECHR violations, including Articles 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 17, 18 and Protocol 1 Article 1.

  1. The judgment was issued by Judge Anthony Baumgartner without verifiable compliance with:

  1. Promissory Oaths Act 1868 – Section 4, which mandates oath wording to uphold justice “without fear or favour, affection or ill will”;

  2. Oaths Act 1978, which requires proper recording and witnessing.

  1. I formally request the name and title of the officer responsible for verifying judicial oaths at Southwark Crown Court and demand confirmation of:

  1. Baumgartner’s original oath of office;

  2. Any updates, reaffirmations, or challenges to said oath.

4. INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT COMMUNICATION (ARTICLE 15)

  1. On 31st July 2025, I submitted a formal Communication under Article 15 of the Rome Statute to the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICC, concerning:

  1. Systematic persecution, judicial corruption, and entrapment by design;

  2. Falsification of prosecutorial identity;

  3. Ongoing malfeasance by Crown actors including Judge Baumgartner, FCA CEO Nikhil Rathi, and senior FCA operatives Matthew Stone, Pietro Boffa, and Nigel Harmer;

  4. Political targeting of my peaceful role as spiritual envoy and creditor on a mission of peace under the Republic of Old Souls.

  1. Application filed under Article 34, citing breaches of Articles:

  1. 3 (inhuman treatment),

  2. 6 (fair trial),

  3. 8 (privacy),

  4. 10 (freedom of expression),

  5. 13 (effective remedy),

  6. 17, 18, and Protocol 1, Article 1.

  1. International Criminal Court (ICC) – Article 15:

  1. Cites systematic persecution, judicial corruption, and entrapment by design, naming:

5. SPIRITUAL ENVOY STATUS & JURISDICTIONAL IMMUNITY

  1. I am operating as a spiritual envoy under ecclesiastical jurisdiction and private trust law. This mission involves peaceful advocacy of creditor rights and disclosure of commerce and jurisdictional truths., protected by:

  1. My Covenant of 508(c)(1)(A) Church Ministry;

  2. My Declaration of Peaceful Mission;

  3. My Ministerial Commission under the Republic of Old Souls.

  1. Any attempt to use INTERPOL to locate, arrest, or extradite me constitutes:

  1. Violation of spiritual rights and religious freedom (ECHR Article 9, ICCPR Article 18);

  2. Violation of Article 3 of INTERPOL Constitution (prohibiting political, racial, religious, or military character interference);

  3. Aiding and abetting international crimes of persecution.

7. NOTICE AND DEMAND

  1. Accordingly, I hereby notify INTERPOL and all cooperating agencies:

  1. DO NOT REGISTER or circulate any Red Notice or alert regarding Iain Clifford Stamp.

  2. DO NOT FACILITATE any cooperation with UK authorities or Crown actors attempting cross-border pursuit.

  3. REFRAIN from registering or circulating any Red Notice against Iain Clifford Stamp;

  4. REFUSE UK Crown actor requests for extradition or monitoring;

  5. DISREGARD claims originating from UK proceedings under Order 34/2023.

  1. Any such action will be treated as a breach of international law, and INTERPOL and its agents will be held liable before competent human rights and criminal tribunals.

  2. All evidence and attachments previously submitted to the ECHR and ICC are available for review upon request.
